If you are an existing On Call Central user and need to contact us regarding a support issue, the most reliable means of reaching us is through our trouble ticket system. Do not email support requests, or leave support requests on voicemail, as they are not monitored outside of business hours.
If you need to reach us during normal business hours (9AM-5PM M-F, Eastern time), you can call us on our main number at 1-855-5-ON-CALL.
If you have an urgent after hours issue that cannot wait until the next business day, you can reach our after hours support at 1-888-400-2514. After hours phone support is intended for emergencies (e.g. your phone number doesn’t pick up). Non-emergent issues, such as changing the provider on call, are more appropriately handled through your On Call Central web interface. Voice menu recordings are handled during during normal office hours; support engineers do not have access to audio equipment outside of normal operating hours.
