Data encryption
All data on the On Call Central website is encrypted using industry standard 256-bit SSL technology. Data is automatically backed up nightly to three separate locations, and call recordings are automatically sent to an offsite backup facility for long term archiving.
Managed Servers
Our servers are housed in the AtlantaNAP, one of the most robust data centers in the United States. The data center has biometric access controls, backup power generators, a fire suppression system and 24/7 monitoring.
RAID Technology
The On Call Central servers use RAID technology that mirrors all data on multiple hard drives. In the event of a drive failure, RAID technology helps ensure that On Call Central continues to operate as normal.
Multiple Backups
On Call Central’s has multiple levels of data backup. In addition to on-site backup in our Atlanta, core On Call Central data is backed up to Fremont, California, and to our offices in Lexington, Kentucky.
