How Does It Work?
On Call Central is billed on a per-provider basis for each billing cycle of 28 days. A flat fee of $125 is charged per provider for the first 4 providers. From there, each additional provider is charged a discounted rate. The more providers you have, the higher the discount. Use the slider to the right to determine your costs.
Reduce Nuisance Calls
With On Call Central, you can create custom voice mail trees. This enables you to prioritize calls coming and and respond appropriately.
Save Money
With a live medical answering service, you are given a certain allocation of minutes each month. Once you go over that allocation, you're charged a per-minute fee. With this type of fee structure, it's impossible to control costs or plan expenses month to month.
With On Call Central, you pay a flat fee based on the number of providers in your practice. There are no per-minute charges, overage fees or end of the month surprises.
Bill for Phone Calls
On Call Central enables billable telemedicine by allowing you to flag certain parts of your phone tree as potentially billable. Whenever a call is received that originates from a billable portion of your tree (e.g “Medication refill”), we automatically flag the call record so that your office staff can follow up the next day and, if appropriate, bill the patient for the phone call.
